What do i need in order to set up a video conferencing hall? Are these devices expensive?

You basically need a Webcam, Mic connected to your PC, and the Software/Client that provides you with the Video Conferencing Service!

Video conferencing is not an expensive task nowadays. You just need a web cam, a fairly high speed internet connection for video conferencing. You also need a software or online video conferencing service. There are many ways by which you can do video conferencing.

Most efficient way is by Google+. By using this social networking site, you can have live video chat with up to 10 people. Many people use this site for video conferencing. However, the site is relatively new service of Google and is not open for everyone.

You can also have live video conferencing by using Yahoo Messenger new version. You can chat with many people along with live video streaming by using this.
