I'd suggest the Nvidia chipset 7600GS or higher.
I personally love eVGA branded cards because of their lifetime warranty. Note: I have personally tested this particular card and memory configuration to provide reasonable performance on Windows Vista Ultimate X64 using the Aero interface.
I use pricegrabber to shop with.

Looking for a free system to hold video conferencing, at first for small number of person possibly 6. will eventually need to accomodate a much larger call in factor.
