which graphics card should i buy...?

my computer features a
intel dual core processor 2.66Ghz
512mb ddr ram(will be upgraded soon to 1gb or 1.5gb)
motherboard of gigabyte intel r 82865G
vista basic for now will be changed to home premium..
200 gb sata hdd
dvd drive

i need a graphics card so that my vista's aero will work...my motherboard graphics memory is 96mb..is that enough for aero to work and good appearance of home premium..i dont play games at all...all that this pc is used for is...video conferencing,internet browsing,music and movies...
so please suggest me a good graphics card..preferrably cheap and good in performance..

I'd suggest the Nvidia chipset 7600GS or higher.
I personally love eVGA branded cards because of their lifetime warranty. Note: I have personally tested this particular card and memory configuration to provide reasonable performance on Windows Vista Ultimate X64 using the Aero interface.

I use pricegrabber to shop with.
