Internet use while on military deployment to Afghanistan? I am being deployed to Afghanistan as part of task force Phoenix, in early Jan. 08. I have heard that the Internet is available to solders there, in wireless tents and in some cases even in their barracks. I was wondering are you available to use your own laptop and assesses sites that are non “.gov” ? I ask for Internet banking and video conferencing with family reasons. |
