Web conferencing program?

For some reason Skype says my internet's bandwidth is not fast enough for video. Im in the army and 1000 miles away from my family. they can see my video but i cannot see theirs. Are there any alternatives to skype that do basically the same thing? All i want is video and voice. Thanks to anyone who answers

You need to get in contact with the tech person on your base or station. Apperantly they are not giving you the full capacity of broadband to get a video signal on your end. Good luck! BTW, what is your MOS?
