What is the best & most cost efficient video-conferencing software for a small business? Our company is very small, and would like to look into video conferencing. What are some good options to look at? We would be using it primarily for a one to many situation, one host (with a camera) and many participants (with cameras). We received a demo of adobe connect pro, and liked it very much, but it was a bit out of our price range. |

We are also a small company and we do online presentations for our prospective clients. We use GoToMeeting and it is EXTREMELY cost effective. The drawback in your case will be that you cannot do video conferencing within the application. What you'll have to do is use a third-party camera viewer open at the same time. GoToMeeting is very easy to use and they offer a 30-day trial, so I would give it a try. Good luck!
