How do i do webcam on my camera? Please be a doll and help me lol =]?

Hey cuties well...you see...i have this camera its the 7.0 megapixel digital camera i739. And its a pretty good camera does video and takes nice pictures. In the manual it says using the digital camera as a pc camera. Your digital camera can act as a pc camera, which allows you to videoconference with bussiness assoxiates, or have a real-time conversation with friends or family. To use the digital camera for videoconferencing, your computer system must include the items below micro phone (i have that) sound card (whats that?) speakers or headphones (i have that) network or internet connection (i have that too.) It says video conferencing (or video editing) software is not included with the digital camera.
and it tells me what to do if you need more information any help would be nice thanks!

I know how to now i read the instructions carefully but so i went to the settings mode on my camera and pressed pc camera plugged it in quick got all happy but then =[ it said i need to download the driver thing and it said it was found but when i tried to download it it says you need administrator password =[ is there snyway to override the administrator password because it makes me do that for anything i download and its anoying
