Would this computer allow for WOW to be run at maxed graphics?

Below are the specifications of the computer I am looking at

Well accoridng to your specs, your computer should be compatible with WoW's utmost performance but unfortunately, even the greatest of computers lags in Dalaran and you can't do anything about that other than change servers or avoid the populated areas!
